These terms apply when you use the PracticeTable app and service. By creating an account you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies as well.

Your account

• Accounts are for adults. A parent, guardian or other responsible adult creates the account and the child profiles, and is responsible for how the app is used under it.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Use an email address you can read, so you can confirm it and reset your password.

Using PracticeTable

PracticeTable is for practising tables, spelling, the clock and topography at home. Please don't try to reach other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it in ways it wasn't built for.

Your data

Your child profiles and practice history are yours. We handle them as described in our privacy policy.

What we can promise

We work to keep PracticeTable available and your practice history safe. We can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. PracticeTable helps children practise, but we can't guarantee particular learning results. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending your use

You can stop using PracticeTable and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. If we ever close the service, we'll give account holders reasonable notice.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. For significant changes, we tell account holders by email before they take effect.
